About Me

Hi, I’m a passionate psychologist with a unique journey that shapes how I approach therapy. After 15 years in high-level management in the retail industry, I followed my calling and transitioned into psychology, bringing with me valuable insights from the corporate world. For the past 7 years, I’ve also been a yoga instructor, weaving the connection between mind and body into my practice.

As an expat who has lived in different countries and traveled solo, I deeply understand the challenges of adapting to new environments and building a sense of belonging. These experiences have taught me resilience, self-discovery, and the importance of connection—lessons I integrate into my work.

I am registered with the Colegio Oficial de Psicólogos (COP) under the number CV19055.

My work is informed by evidence-based psychological approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and insights from positive psychology.

I integrate these perspectives to help people better understand their emotional patterns, develop practical psychological skills, and relate to their thoughts and emotions in more flexible and constructive ways.

Rather than focusing only on reducing discomfort, my approach also emphasizes building a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values — even in the presence of challenges that are part of being human.
