Structured Processes

Self-development Retreat
With a background as a certified yoga teacher for over six years and extensive experience in psychological practice, I bring a unique and holistic approach to wellness. My method integrates psychoeducation, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support participants in building resilience, understanding and embracing their emotions, and aligning their actions with their deepest values.
I design and lead retreat programs with a focus on interactive and immersive experiences. Each retreat includes carefully curated workshops on emotional management, group sessions centered around practical exercises, and mindfulness practices—all purposefully aligned with the retreat’s core goals to foster both mental and physical well-being.
My ultimate aim is to help participants reach a state of flow, where they feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges and fully engage in what truly matters. This holistic and experience-driven approach makes my services distinctive, offering participants tools for meaningful growth and resilience.
